Mr. Sun Chang is responsible for the firm’s investment activities in China and North Asia. He was an executive director in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs (Asia) before joining Warburg Pincus in 1995. Mr. Sun is the founding chairman of the China Venture Capital Association and a director of Kasen International Holdings, Gome Electrical Appliances Holdings, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, EnerChina and Intime Group. He is also Vice Executive Chairman of the China Real Estate Developers and Investors Association (CREDIA). He received a B.A. from the Beijing Foreign Languages University, an M.A. from the Joseph Lauder Institute of International Management at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Wharton Business School.
